Which treatment — and how we decide

Auckland patients often arrive having read about three or four devices and unsure which to ask for. The answer is: don't choose a device — get measured. Blocked glands with intact tissue point to LipiFlow; inflamed, rosacea-type lids point to IPL, often paired with low level light therapy; poor lid tissue quality points to Tixel; lid-margin biofilm and Demodex point to BlephEx first.
