A per-session IPL price is easy to compare and easy to misread. IPL is one treatment for one type of dry eye — the inflammatory, evaporative kind — and it works only when that is actually your diagnosis. A specialist clinic starts by finding out: is it blocked glands, lid-margin disease, low tear volume, or a mix? Then it prescribes the right sequence — IPL, BlephEx — and tells you what not to spend money on. Not every treatment is available at every member practice; both Manawatū practices refer within the group where a treatment your eyes need is offered elsewhere.
